Random #16

Just some random photos for a random post.

A sulphur-crested cockatoo foraging. Sometimes these cockatoos can give me heart attack. I was walking to uni early in the morning with a half-asleep look, and then suddenly a loud 'GAH... GAHH...' sound made me skip a step. It was a cockatoo calling while it flew passed me. And then I woke up instantly. Swt die. My friend, Vivien, got so excited when she saw them and thought they escaped from the zoo, which surprised me because it was not her first time coming to Australia for holidays. Lol.

A nice day to have lunch on the lawn.

Ducks are everywhere in my uni and it will be a shame if I don't know my uni ducks after spending more than 3 years here. This is a pacific black duck walking towards us while we were eating.

My first time having a duck so close to me. So cute! I fed it muffin. Hehe.

Presents I got from two of my Japanese friends.

MD is into baking nowadays. This is one of it. I can't remember the name of this cake, so I just call it frangelico cheesecake. Lol. And it's very nice as I like cakes with alcohol.

This menu is still puzzling me. Eventhough my mandarin has dropped to kindergarden level, but I'm pretty sure that two characters mean sugar. Or is curry sauce now called 'sha tang'? @@"

My first roasted milk tea from Chatime. We went during dinner time and so glad that it's empty. Other times are just packed with people plus a long queue.

Waiting for campus bus in front of AgriBio at 6pm. It's getting dark earlier and it is so cool.

White chocolate marble cake baked by one of my Honours mate for my and another Irish friend's birthday as his birthday was just one day after mine. I'm not a white chocolate fan but this cake changed my view on white chocolate cake. It's so nice and minty. The only problem is it's so tiring to cut this cake. One tough chocolate cake. Lol.

Ok, now I'm off to collect another batch of random photos for another random post.
