Outing

It's Wednesday! I love Wednesdays as I finish uni at 11am. =D So made another trip to the city to hang out with Min Dee and Teck.

Arrived at meeting point, Flinders Station. A church (I think) opposite the station.
They brought me to Sushi Ten, a Japanese restaurant at Flinders Street. All three of us ordered salmon don. It's got 5 big raw sashimi salmons if I'm not mistaken. Quite full.

Then, we went to a temple located at south of Melbourne by Teck's car.

This temple was built in 1866. It closes at 4pm and we arrived at 3.30pm. There were 2 old people inside and they spoke to us in cantonese. We donated $20 and went to "zhong hiong". By the way, how to say that in english? Hehe. I took so long to light up the bunch of "hiong" because usually, back home in Malaysia, the elderly light up the "hiong" for us. >.<

After the prayings, my body has got the "hiong" smell and felt like "qing meng". Hehe. I didn't get to visit grandpa's grave this year and I always like the long trip there in dad's car.

After that, we went to DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) to shop around.

Min Dee wanted to buy running shoe. She saw one white shoe with small pinky areas.
Min Dee: "yer, this one so bimbo (lala). I don't like."

Teck: "This one la." (another white shoe)

Min Dee: "But this is for tennis."

Teck: "Tennis also running ma."

Min Dee: (tried the shoe) "This is nice leh. But is for tennis..."

Teck: >:(

Min Dee: (laughed) "Ok ok. This one la."

Me: Lol.

And the shopping continued. I wanted a t-shirt I can wear for sports. Yes, I finally managed to get my butt of the chair and played some badminton. xD Although I started playing badminton since young, I still have no clue how to pick up a shuttlecock with the racket. After the game, I was half dead. x.x

Being a girl who don't do what girls normally do, which is shopping, I had no idea what kind of shirt I was looking for. After walking into several shops, seemed like none of them was my cup of tea. The last shop was called Factorie. There has got lots of t-shirts. Finally, I managed to grab one of them. Black usually is my first choice. Hehe.

It was 2 for $10. I bought one and Min Dee bought one. So it's $5 for the shirt above. My first shirt bought since I came to Melbourne. @@" Yay, I can wear this to badminton. Then, Teck fetched both of us back to Bundoora. Their conversations were super entertaining. xD

That's all for today. =)
